Information Collection and Use

PRI Makers Network is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise share this information with others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. PRI Makers Network collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Contact PRI Makers Network

In order to submit an inquiry or give feedback on this website, a user may send an email directly to PRI Makers Network using the contact form. The sender’s email address and message contents will be used only by PRI Makers Network to address the inquiry or comments.

Conference Registration

We accept conference registrations via the internet, through a third-party vendor, Green Moon Solutions. We accept credit card contributions through a secure contribution form on the website of Neighborhood Funders Group. Our security policy is outlined in the next section below. We collect contact information (like name, mailing address, telephone number and email) and this information is used to process the registration fee and may be made available through a list of conference registrants only to other conferees. Contact information collected through the registration form is added to our general database for internal use only. We may use this information to send communications about our network activities, and to send notices about new products and services available through PRI Makers Network.

Security

This website takes precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, this information is protected both online and off-line.

When our conference registration form ask users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected by the web browser using the standard https protocol. While on a secure page, such as the conference registration form, the lock icon on their web browser becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked (or open) when a user is just "surfing."

While we use https security/encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our administrator or technical consultant) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

If you have any questions about the security at our website, you can send an email to us.

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that PRI Makers Network is not responsible for the privacy practices of other such sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.

Sharing

We may share aggregated demographic information with funders and other organizations. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. Personal information is only shared with other organizations for the purposes requested by the user, for example, information submitted for conference registration is shared with the bank and credit card company only for completing the transaction.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. For the Members-only Log On, if you click the Remember Me option, we will place a cookie in your browser to remember your personal information. This cookie is a file that contains your email address and password as you entered it on the sign-in form. A couple things to remember about cookies: Cookies are stored on your hard drive-not on our site. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies, but you can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you when you've received one. If you reject cookies, though, you will not be able to use the Remember Me feature.

If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email.
